Abstrak

Proyek pembangunan dermaga banyak mengandung risiko, salah satunya adalah risiko biaya. Aspek biaya menjadi salah satu pertimbangan utama dalam pelaksanaan proyek selain sumber daya material, pekerja dan alat. Pengelolaan biaya proyek yang tidak akurat akan berdampak negatif terhadap proses pelaksanaan proyek. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kajian identifikasi terhadap risiko kinerja biaya proyek sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam melakukan mitigasi risiko. Penerapan manajemen risiko sebagai salah satu bagian dari manajemen proyek diharapkan dapat mengurangi dampak negatif risiko dan mendapatkan dampak positif risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja proyek

Permasalahan penelitian yang akan diselesaikan dalam penelitian ini adalah : Bagaimana pelaksanaan proyek Pembangunan Multi Purpose serta Fasilitas Pendukung  di Kuala Tanjung, Apa saja risiko yang timbul pada tahap construction ? Bagaimana faktor faktor risiko biaya tersebut dapat diidentifikasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pekerjaan kontraktor. Metodologi penelitian ini terdiri atas beberapa tahap : memaparkan potensi risiko biaya yang ada, mengkaji  permasalahan penelitian dan membahas hasil penelitian yang diperoleh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Penelitian ini  memberikan hasil identifikasi faktor faktor risiko biaya pekerjaan kontraktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja kontraktor.

Abstract

In the construction Port has a lot of risks, one of which is cost risk. The cost aspect is one of the main considerations in the project implementation process in addition to material resources, labors and equipments. Inaccurate management of project costs will have a negative aspect on the project implementation process. Therefore a study of the dominant risk of project cost performance is needed so that it can be used as a basis for risk mitigation.. The application of risk management as one part of project management is expected to reduce the negative  risk and get a positive aspect on risks that affect project performance

The research of this study will be focused on : How is the implementation of construction process in Kuala Tanjung Multi Purpose and Supporting Facilities and what kind of risks that emerge during the construction phase ? How the risk factors could be identified and therefore can increase the contractor work performance. The metodology of this research consists of several stages : describing the potential risk of existing costs, reviewing research problems and discussing the results of the research obtained. Qualitative method is used in this research to gain the best results. The research will be using secondary data to be analyzed. This research provides the result of the identification of risk factors of cost that affect contractor performance .
