The road network system is a unified part of the road that connects and binds growth centers with the regions under the influence of their services. In the South Tangerang City Medium-Term Development Plan document, the road development plan table shows an indication of road widening, because there are points that mention the capacity and quality development of the provincial road network, which include the research locations, namely, Jalan Otto Iskandardinata, Jalan Pajajaran, Siliwangi Street, and Puspiptek Highway. The development of the road itself is one of the factors of changes in the city from a physical point of view, because with the development or change of roads, it can also change the function of the designation that is around it, so it is necessary to study the implications of widening the road on the use of existing and future space. This research method uses an associative quantitative approach, because it seeks to find a cause-and-effect relationship between related variables. The result of this research is to formulate the concept of affected spatial planning as an implication of widening the road along the corridor
